Every fall, Brookfield comes alive with the sights, sounds, and flavors of the O’Brien Clambake, where friends, neighbors, and newcomers gather for an evening of fresh lobster, tender clams, sweet corn, and plenty of laughter. It’s more than just a great meal, it’s a celebration of community spirit, raising funds for the O’Brien Children Memorial Fund. Thanks to this annual tradition, over $2 million in grants have been given to support local children and older adults across Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
